This guide provides a step-by-step explanation of each section and how to efficiently use the admin dashboard for your automotive tuning business software.

1. Accessing the Admin & User Panel

The Admin Panel is where clients manage users, files, orders, and platform configurations. The User Panel is where customers interact with the platform.

2. Tuning File Management

Clients can manage all tuning file services from the admin dashboard, including tracking the status of uploaded files in the ECU file management software.

Features:

  • View All File Services – Displays all files uploaded for tuning.
  • Track Status – Files are categorized as:
    • Open – Waiting for processing.
    • In Progress – Being worked on.
    • Completed – Successfully tuned and ready for download.
  • File Service Details – Click on any file to see detailed logs and processing history.

3. Support Ticket Management

Clients can manage and resolve all support tickets from users.

Features:

  • View All Support Tickets – See open and resolved support cases.
  • Filter by Status – Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed.
  • Respond to Tickets – Admin can reply, assign priority, and track user issues.
  • Close Resolved Tickets – Once an issue is fixed, tickets can be marked as "Resolved."

4. Customer Management

Clients can manage all users and customers on the platform, including permissions and account statuses.

  • View All Customers – List of registered users.

7. Email Management

Clients can manage and edit email templates and review sent emails.

Features:

  • Edit Email Templates – Modify templates for system-generated emails.
  • Review Sent Emails – Check all outgoing emails for tracking communication.

8. Credit Pricing

Clients can manage pricing for tuning credits and EVC credits.

Features:

  • Modify Credit Prices – Set pricing for file services.
  • Create Credit Tiers – Offer different pricing levels based on customer needs.

9. Platform Configuration

Clients can configure various platform settings, including company information, terms & conditions, and system settings.

9.1 Company Information

Clients can update company details, which reflect in user accounts.

Editable Fields:

  • Company Name
  • Address (Street, City, Zip Code, Country)
  • Timezone
  • Contact Information (Email, Phone)
  • Financial Details (Bank Account, Tax ID)
  • Social Media Links (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

Changes made here will update user account settings automatically.

9.2 Platform Settings

Clients can configure general platform settings that affect new user registrations, system notifications, and platform-wide options.

Editable Fields:

  • New Customer Settings – Set starting credits for new users.
  • Customer Notes – Display company-related notices on the user dashboard.
  • Business Hours – Define working hours for customer support.
  • Out of Office Mode – Enable/disable platform availability for maintenance.

9.3 Terms & Conditions

Clients can edit the legal policies that users must agree to.

Estimated delivery times for file services are calculated based on workload.

How It Works:

  • If open file services are within Tier 1, Minimum Time - Tier 1 Time is shown.
  • If open file services exceed Tier 1 but remain within Tier 2, Tier 1 Time - Tier 2 Time is displayed.
  • If open file services exceed Tier 2, Tier 2 Time - Maximum Time is displayed.
  • All times are in minutes.
  • Leaving fields blank will disable estimated delivery times.

  • Max Delivery Time (Tier 1)

  • Max Delivery Time (Tier 2)

9.5 Tuning Types & Pricing

Clients can define tuning services and adjust pricing.

Default Tuning Types:

  • Stage 1 – 1.00 Credits, 0 tuning options
  • Stage 2 (O2, GPF, DPF, EGR) – 1.50 Credits, 0 tuning options
  • Stage 3 – 2.00 Credits, 0 tuning options

Features:

  • Add New Tuning Services – Create custom tuning services based on demand.
  • Edit or Delete Services – Modify details or remove unused services.
  • Adjust Pricing – Increase or decrease tuning credit prices.

9.6 Tuning Groups

Clients can organize tuning groups for better management.

Features:

  • Add Custom Tuning Groups – Create groups based on tuning types.
  • Manage Read Methods – Assign specific reading methods as needed.

9.7 Gearbox Management
